A bilingual brokerage website that shows its sources
Marwell Properties is a new real estate brokerage in the UAE with no sales history yet. We built a fast English and Arabic website that earns trust with things a buyer can check: sourced market figures, the full cost of every listing and honest community guides, all run from a built-in CRM.
Launch a brand-new brokerage and give buyers a reason to trust it before it has a track record.

Make the website the proof: a named source on every figure and the full cost on every listing.
- 01
Position on what can be checked
Every competitor says it is trusted and experienced. Marwell instead names the source and period of every market figure, including the numbers that are not flattering.
- 02
Show the full cost of a property
Every listing shows its service charge and its price per square foot against the area average, figures most property portals leave out.
- 03
Build English and Arabic properly
Both languages are complete pages for search engines, with Arabic typography, reciprocal language tags and structured data in each language.
- 04
Run the business from one place
A built-in CRM handles listings, projects, agents, enquiries and articles, each with its own Arabic version.
What made it hard
A new brokerage has no sales to show, and the market is full of firms making the same claims. The site had to win trust with facts a buyer can check for themselves.
The result
The site is live in English and Arabic, with listings, community guides, market data with named sources and a CRM for the day-to-day work.
The services behind the result.
The same approach fits when:
- You compete with bigger, better-known names and need to win on method, not budget
- You want a plan built for your market and your numbers, not a template
- You want leads and sales you can trace, not just more traffic
Trust without a track record
A new firm cannot point to past deals. What it can do is be more open than everyone else: name the source of each figure, show the costs that portals hide and say what to watch in each community, not only what is good. That openness is built into the website, so it shows on every page rather than in a slogan.
Two languages, one website
English and Arabic run on one codebase, so the two versions never drift apart. Search engines get a complete page in either language, and anything not yet translated falls back to English instead of showing an empty page.
